REQUEST FOR BIDS for
BID NO. 25-B-009
US1 Undergrounding - Electrical Service Conversions Project

Notice is hereby given that the City of South Daytona is soliciting bids for BID NO. 25-ITB-009, US1 Undergrounding - Electrical Service Conversions Project. Sealed bids will be accepted in the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, located at 1672 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at which time bids will be opened in the Council Chamber Room and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened. All Bids will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms in order to deem the Bidder responsive or non-responsive.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conversion of nine (9) existing overhead commercial electrical services to underground services and related work.

The BID and drawings are available on the City of South Daytona website at www.southdaytona.org.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for the project on March 17, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall at 1672 South Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, Florida. All attendees to the Pre-Bid Conference must sign in. The representative of each Vendor shall be an authorized employee of the Vendor and shall sign in accordingly.
