What is needed and how do I apply for a BTR?
Before committing to a location and signing a lease, please fill out and submit our application to verify your business will be approved for a Business Tax Receipt. No fees will be due until approval. Applications are available by contacting btr@southdaytona.org or 386-322-3020. Thoroughly review the application and its accompanying checklists for details of what is required for submittal.
How do I order a lien search?
For your convenience, you may use the online portal at www.orangedata.com to order a lien search which includes open permits, code enforcement cases and outstanding utility balances. Please note that the request does not include RECORDED LIENS. Liens against the property are recorded with the Volusia County Clerk of Court at www.clerk.org.
